!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you guys have parents that HAVE to read EVERYTHING on a form before they fill it out? And if they don't understand something, they HAVE to find out EXACTLY what it means?
My dad's like that, and he is NOT signing this one form that I need to have by tomorrow. It's just something that says that I'm allowed to read all the books we're supposed to read in English class. It's not like they're going to make me read something that'll turn me into a communist or anything!!
And now I'll have my first late assignment in English cause my dad won't SIGN THE FREAKING PAPER!!!!!!!!
