For NARNIA and NINJAS!!

I was at Nikki's house last night, Jewel's friend Carl was over, and I had a great idea. (Brace yourselves.) I got a Narnian costume, complete with armor, a viking hat, a plastic sword, a shield, and a stick horse. The two kids also kind of made their own costumes (Jewel was Little Red Ridinghood Narnian style, but Nikki chickened out on the dress-up.) So we ran down the street, swords raised, yelling, "FOR NARNIA AND FOR ASLAN!!!!"
Many times Carl turned to Nikki and asked, "Is she scared of ANYTHING??" and Nikki would simply say, "No." But Carl should've seen Sam. Sam... Sam completely knocks me out of the question. (That's a compliment.) But Carl was pretty good, because she knew that we should start acting up as ninjas/Narnians when people were around. I think she will be a very successful Sam when she gets older.
And then we went dressed as ninjas. Except for Nikki, of course. I had pants on my head, tied to look like a ninja mask, and all black long-sleeved clothes. Oh, yeah, I'd better not forget the plastic ninja sword. But it was really getting hot in the clothes and the fuzz on the pants getting into my mouth didn't help. But at least I have ninja training from my mom (dance class, Sam knows some, too) so I was a pretty impressive ninja.
We just gave Nikki an excuse for not dressing up- she would be the "normal" person and say, "Hi," when we walked by people so they wouldn't think we're a bunch of creepy people and call the police. You never know what would happen.
I wonder if anyone will post about us on MLIA. That's my goal. Cause on MLIA it's funnier if people post about random people, instead of posting about themselves.
So, yep, that's what I've been teaching small, innocent children. Now they know that it is, in fact, fun to dress up outlandishly and stalk the streets. Good day.
