www.deargirlsaboveme.com is so funny. The guy writing it (it's kind of a blog with short, funny posts) lives in an apartment in a room under two girls who don't seem to think before they speak. He can hear everything they say, and he comments on them. (They don't know he does this... they don't even know him.)
